A Fuller Weekend

Y'all. My family came to town!! Two more Fuller's in my city! It's not often that I get to have them with me, so when I do, I try to to cram as many activities in as I can. Let me see if I can summarize it:

My parents arrived Thursday and we all met up in the city after I got out of work.  We then traveled up to Port Chester to meet with my boyfriend for dinner at this super cute restaurant on the water! Bartaco, ya'll. It's become one of our favs...you'll be seeing more of this spot, I'm sure :)

still a bit chilly, but they supplied us with heaters and lap blankets! Super cozy!

Friday was the last day at my job (more to come on this journey! New things comin', y'all!). So, while I was at work, my parents visited the Natural History Museum...aren't they so cute??

We spent the rest of the day celebrating old/new jobs and visiting with sweet friends. Such good food, drinks, and company! And it definitely called for a slow morning on Saturday! We leisurely hung around my neighborhood before going north again to meet my boyfriend in Mamaroneck for dinner and basketball.

Let me tell ya- The food at Smokehouse is off the hook! My parents couldn't believe they came all the way to NY for some pulled pork! (this girl will find her some south anywhere she goes:))

Couple goals right here, ya'll! <3

Sunday morning we rushed into the city for church at Redeemer. And afterwards we were able to squeeze in a quick brunch before whisking them off to the airport.

Phew! A whirlwind of a weekend, but much needed quality time with my parents. So thankful to have had them here, even though it was a short amount of time. Sad to see them go, but I'll be travelin' down south soon for some more fun Fuller events!!
