Weekend wrap up

This past weekend was filled with so many fun gatherings. And our unseasonably warm October weather made it even more pleasant (at least for me!). I’m glad to delay the cold as long as possible!

Saturday morning Anthony and I met up with his sweet mom, two sisters, and nephew, for brunch at Charlie’s Bar & Kitchen...my first introduction to SoBro (the new and fancy South Bronx). Y’all- run, don’t walk here! The food was fantastic! From smoked salmon Benedict to rosemary fries and banana fosters French toast. Such a yummy treat!

And as is becoming tradition- Anthony and his aperture captured some cool shots of the glasses at our table. Go give him a follow on his new Instagram @thisguycandrink. ;).

From there we had just enough time to take a quick power nap, change, and run into the city for our dear friends’ engagement party. Kyle and Michelle are such a sweet couple. I’m so thankful we were able to celebrate their upcoming wedding!

We all had so much fun with the Polaroid camera- great idea to capture fun memories.

So thankful for these ladies! They make wonderful hostesses and even better friends :)

 A toast to the couple!

A toast to the couple!

So many photographers and so much love that it was hard to get everyone focused on the same camera. But boy, what a good looking couple and their party hostesses!

Again not very coordinated, but I sure do love these sweet, Tennessee girls!! So blessed to have them in my life.

A fun-filled Saturday and a very restful Sunday made for quite a lovely weekend.

Now counting down for next weekend and all the Halloween festivities! Any guesses on what my costume will be? ;)
